Use of the service

You're responsible for how you use the extension, including compliance with Facebook's terms and applicable laws. You set the prompts and decide when the AI runs.

Acceptable use

You may only use Market Auto Reply with Facebook accounts, Marketplace conversations, and business pages that you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use the Service for spam, unsolicited mass messaging, scraping, fake engagement, impersonation, harassment, illegal activity, or to bypass platform restrictions, rate limits, authentication, or access controls.

The Service is designed only to help you respond to incoming Marketplace conversations from your own authorized accounts. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the Service is being used in violation of these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Market Auto Reply offers paid subscription plans. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor; Market Auto Reply is the seller of record for its plans. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any charges shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. The billing interval, price, currency, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended or limited.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or approved under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Plans & replies

The Free plan includes a one-time reply credit with no monthly reset. Paid plans include a monthly reply allowance that resets at the start of each billing month; one reply equals one AI message sent to a lead.
